How do I book a conference room online, and what is the booking process?

Simply click the button in the top right corner that states ‘Book Now’ for either our downstairs boardroom or upstairs first floor meeting room. Simply fill out your details and booking information and once booked, you will review your invoice.

On the day, we advise you attend 10 minutes before your booking, where one of our coffeehouse staff members will check you in and escort you to your room.

Our rooms include a bell that goes directly to Forrest Coffeehouse, so the team can accommodate any questions or drink top-ups you need.
