Meeting Room FAQ’s
How do I book a conference room online, and what is the booking process?
Simply click the button in the top right corner that states ‘Book Now’ for either our downstairs boardroom or upstairs first floor meeting room. Simply fill out your details and booking information and once booked, you will review your invoice.
On the day, we advise you attend 10 minutes before your booking, where one of our coffeehouse staff members will check you in and escort you to your room.
Our rooms included a bell which goes directly to our coffeehouse, so any questions or drink top ups you need, our team can accommodate.
What is the cost, and are there any extra fees for equipment or services?
Both of our Meeting Rooms are £50ph for Non Mill Street members. Mill Street members, enjoy a discounted rate of £25ph.
*No extra cost for equipment and services as it’s all included in the price. Any purchases made at Fluters Bar or our Mill Street Coffeehouse will be extra.
Are there any usage restrictions or special rules (such as food policies or external catering)?
The many perks of our Meeting Rooms is that we do have our own on site coffeehouse with a full menu for you and your team to pick from.
If you are brining external food, we politely ask that this is kept within the meeting room space and won’t be eaten out in our coffeehouse area.
Can I see the room before booking, or do you have photos/layouts available?
You are more than welcome to pop in during our opening hours take a look at the space for yourself. We do advise that you book a tour of our space so we can ensure you view our meeting rooms at an available time.
Can I make special requests or customise the room setup?
Whilst our tables may be fixed, if you have any questions, queries or ways you want to make your meeting room visit extra special, contact us to discuss.
