We put the life and soul back into buildings.
1 Mill Street is a community-led coworking space, event venue and social hub in Leamington Spa. We mix work, music, sport and a good night out into a place people actually want to be. Upstairs there are desks, offices and studios. Downstairs there's coffee and a bar. In between, there are people who'll say hello.

Why we exist
There have never been more places to work, or fewer reasons to connect.
We've all got hundreds of LinkedIn connections, constant Slack pings and a phone full of contacts. Very little of it turns into friendship or a sense of belonging. Desks, coffee and event calendars are easy to find. Places where people know your name aren't.

Our aim is to be the most community-fuelled workspace in the UK. It comes together in three parts.
The building
Offices, coworking, meeting rooms, a content studio, event space, a coffee house and a bar, and the everyday flow between them. Designed to make you want to come in, stay longer and come back.
The programmes
Business support, member introductions, events, Friday energy, funding access and community activity. This is what makes the place useful in your life, not just somewhere you use.

A team whose job is belonging: the standards, the rhythm and the follow-up that most places miss. It's why people stay.
For good · Make Good Grow CIC
Doing good feels good. There's even a name for it.
It's called Helper's High. Make Good Grow is our community impact arm. It connects skilled volunteers from our network of businesses with local good causes that need them, so people can use their skills to make a lasting difference in Warwickshire.

Where it started
One lunchtime stroll past Jephson Gardens, and one big question.
What if a building could bring a whole town together? Not just somewhere to work, but somewhere Leamington Spa's freelancers, founders, creatives and good causes would actually want to be.
That question became 1 Mill Street and Make Good Grow. Today every penny of profit goes back into the community, and our members, the Passioneers, give their time and skills to causes right on our doorstep.
