How much does coworking in Leamington Spa cost at 1 Mill Street?
A Day Pass is £35 +VAT. Monthly memberships start at £99 +VAT for Lite (5 days a month), £199 for Hot Desk with 24/7 access and £299 for a Resident Desk. Private offices are priced by size, so book a tour and we'll talk it through.
Can I try it before I join?
Yes. Grab a Day Pass, or book a free tour and we'll show you round and buy you a coffee at Forrest.
Where are you?
At 1 Mill Street in south Leamington, opposite Jephson Gardens: a 2-minute walk from the park, 5 minutes from the Parade and about 10 minutes from Leamington Spa station.
What's included in a membership?
Your desk, fast Wi-Fi with a backup line, unlimited tea, coffee and cereal from the kitchenette, phone booths for private calls, showers and bike racks, and every members' event and social. Plus a free drink at the bar on Fridays.
What's the notice period?
Memberships are 1-month rolling with one calendar month's notice. Team desks and private offices need 3 months' notice, and offices also take a one-month deposit.
Is it dog-friendly?
Partly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the private offices and at Forrest Coffee House downstairs, but not in the shared coworking areas.
Do members get discounts on rooms and the studio?
Members get 50% off meeting rooms and the content studio, 20% off at Forrest Coffee House, and a free drink at the bar on Fridays.
Is the Wi-Fi reliable?
Yes. It's high-speed, and there's a backup line, so a dropped connection doesn't stop your day.
Where can I take calls?
Jump into any free phone booth. For longer calls or meetings, book one of our meeting rooms at half price.
Can I print?
Yes. Add a printing plan to your membership for £5 a month.
Is it safe to work late?
Hot Desk and Resident members can come and go 24/7, and the building has CCTV.
Where do I park?
There's free and paid on-street parking on Mill Road, Leam Terrace, New Street, Willes Road and the streets around them. Check the signs for permit and time limits, and ask us for a parking map. Cycling in? There are bike racks and showers.
