2. Our services
1 Mill Street provides memberships including coworking memberships, office space, team desks, corporate packages, resident desks and day passes. We also offer facilities to hire, such as meeting rooms, the Content Studio and event spaces, and access to our bar and coffee house. Passes and memberships can be bought through our website, which takes you to our member portal.
3. Eligibility
Our services are open to people aged 18 and over. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your data
We collect personal data to process memberships and other purchases, including your name, email address and payment details. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
5. Membership terms
- Memberships are billed monthly.
- Hot desk, LITE and resident desk memberships need at least 1 calendar month's notice to cancel.
- Offices come with their own contract. Please refer to it for cancellation and the holding deposit.
- Team desks need 3 months' notice to cancel.
- Membership benefits and prices may change, with notice.
Full membership terms are provided when you join.
6. Payments and refunds
All payments must be made using the secure payment methods provided on our website, or by invoice.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on this website, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute or use any of it without our permission.
8. Using this website
You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.
