How much is meeting room hire in Leamington Spa?
Our rooms are £50 an hour +VAT. Members of 1 Mill Street get 50% off.
Can I book without being a member?
Yes. Anyone can book online, see live availability and pay by card.
Do you have a small meeting room?
Yes. Alongside the Boardroom (up to 10) and the First Floor Room (up to 8), our content studio works as a small meeting room for up to 4. Members pay half price on all of them, from £25 an hour.
Can you do catering?
Yes. Coffee, pastries and lunch can be ordered from Forrest Coffee House downstairs when you book.
Is the equipment included?
Yes. The screen, ClickShare, whiteboard and Wi-Fi are all in the price. Food and drinks from Forrest Coffee House or the bar are extra.
Is there parking?
There's free and paid on-street parking on Mill Road, Leam Terrace, New Street, Willes Road and the streets around them. Check the signs for permit and time limits, and ask us for a parking map. We're 5 minutes from the Parade and a 10-minute walk from Leamington Spa station.
What happens when I arrive?
Get here 10 minutes early and our team will check you in and show you to your room. There's a buzzer on the wall for coffee top-ups or tech help.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Please keep it in your meeting room rather than in the coffee house.
Can I see the rooms before I book?
Yes. Pop in Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, or book a free tour so we can make sure the room is free when you come.
Can the room be set up differently?
The tables are fixed, but tell us what you need and we'll do what we can to make it work.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel for free up to 72 hours before your booking from the confirmation email.
