What are your opening hours?
The building is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and coworking is open 24/7 for members. Forrest Coffee House is open every day, 8am to 5pm. The bar is open Thursday and Friday from 2pm, and you can hire it at weekends.
Where is 1 Mill Street?
At 1 Mill Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 1ES. It's a 10-minute walk from Leamington Spa train station, 2 minutes from Jephson Gardens and 5 minutes from the Parade.
Where can I park?
There's free and paid road parking on Mill Road, Leam Terrace, New Street, Willes Road and the surrounding residential streets. Check for permit-only and time restrictions, and please be mindful of our neighbours. Drop us a message for a parking map.
Can I look round before I join?
Yes. Book a free tour and we'll show you round. Tours and memberships are looked after by Cat, our General Manager, at catherine@1millstreet.com.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Clients or colleagues visiting for a meeting can stay up to 3 hours. All-day guests need a day pass, which you can buy through the member portal.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in the coffee house and in private offices, but not in the shared coworking areas.
How do I book a meeting room or the Content Studio?
Online, through our live booking calendar. Pick the Boardroom, the First Floor Room or the Content Studio and choose a time that suits. Meeting rooms are £50 an hour, or £25 an hour for members.
How do I hire the space for an event?
Send an event hire enquiry on this page or email Ade, our Community and Engagement Manager, at adrienna@1millstreet.com. We specialise in business events and workshops, and also host launches, speaker events, charity events, comedy nights and live music.
How do I cancel my membership?
Hot desk, LITE and resident desk memberships need 1 calendar month's notice, by letter or email to catherine@1millstreet.com. Team desks need 3 months' notice, and private offices have their own contracts.
